The Burgh Report has this video on their blog. It's really quite amazing. Remember the police officer who assaulted his wife? Officer Hlavac? Well, he also likes arresting bikers for being...uh?. for doing.. uh?... it's not clear.
I like the part where the police SUV shows up...I also like when the officer Dacy looks unclear as to what he's going to charge them with. "Uh..well... they didn't do what we said...so now we can charge them...Except...we didn't have any reason to tell them to do that...until they didn't do what we said..."
"We'll send them to court to make them understand what they did...which we're not exactly sure of..."
I AM OFFICER HLAVAC! NOW DO WHAT I SAY OR I WILL MAKE YOU RIDE IN MY ENVIRONMENTALLY-UNFRIENDLY SUV!!!! HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT, PUNK?!?
YEAH, GET OVER HERE. YES, YOU. YOU WILL GO IN THE SUV, EVEN IF I HAVE TO USE MY TASER! KYOTO PROTOCOL MY FOOT! buahahaahaha.

I hadn't realized that Officer Hlavac was part of that travesty but I am not surprised. This is not a coincidence, it is representative of a pattern of behavior that I'm sure will continue now that he has been rewarded with a promotion.

Hlavac assaulted his wife? Everything I've read says police were called to his home for screaming. Am I missing something ?
